I have been concerned about herpes for some time now. The first time I got a red bump on the shaft of my penis I had it examined and the results came back negative and I was given a hydrocortisone cream to use on the effected area. for about three months now I have been worried that I have Herpes again. I got the same type of red bump in the same general area, almost identical and in the exact same spot I got the first one...It goes away and comes back on the same spot. I poped it just a few days ago and it was like a pimple, no clear fluid it was white or off white like pimple fluid. I also masterbated recently and recieved what looks like a rash on the bottom of my penis, I think it might be from irritation but I am not sure. I don't see many bumps just the one I am talking about and there might be two in one if you know what I mean. I am seriously worried and at times I find myself losing sleep over the matter.
The bump is slightly itchy but it doesn't cause me to itch (Not like Mosquito bite itch), just when I touch it I feel it itch and occasionally I feel it get itchy, if that makes sense. Does this sound like Herpes a just a dirty Penis?
